How do I search for a product on your website?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you’re looking for. The most relaxing way to find a product is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section.

How do you sign up to the newsletter?
Simple add you email address in the newsletter tab available in right bottom corner of the main page.
Do I have to create an account with you to buy something?
There is no need to create an account for buying but by registering with us provide you many benefits. Like allows you to order without having to fill in your details every time you buy from us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discounts and special offers.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes we do. We believe it is very important to provide accurate information regarding size and to avoid you being disappointed. You can find size chart with every item.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept payments via credit card through 2CO & PayPal, however, if someone wish to make payment via methods other than credit card then we offer below payment options to both local US, UK and international customers.

How do I change details on my account?
Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into 'Your Account' anytime you want. This can be found on the top right and bottom right of this page. This is where you go if you want to change your password, email address, delivery info and card details.
I have just placed an order; can I change/cancel it?
Once you have placed your order, you may be able to edit/cancel it, but this would depend on how quickly update it.
If your order status is 'Order Processing', this means that there is a 50/50 % chance you will be able to edit it. If your order status is 'Order Dispatched', this means your order has been sent and it is too late to change or cancel.
How do i know when my item is dispatched?

I have forgotten my password?
To request a new password, click on My Account and click the link "Forgot your password". Enter your email in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password, once you have logged on with your new password you can of course change it to something more memorable.
